Prominent thought leaders and OSH practitioners will gather at the XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work 2017 to discuss how we can realise a global vision of prevention. Speakers include:

Over 1,000 abstracts and posters submitted for World Congress 2017!

Congress Update

A big thank you to the international Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) community. Abstract submission has closed and we have an overwhelming response with over 1,000 abstracts submitted from 70 countries. Successful submissions will be notified of the results at the end of April 2017. Stay tuned!

Singapore: The Host of the 2017 World Congress

The 2017 World Congress

The World Congress on Safety and Health at Work opens its doors every three years. Each time, a different country is the host. The XXI World Congress will be held from 3 to 6 September 2017 in Singapore. It offers a platform for the exchange of information and views to experts in occupational safety and health, representatives of enterprises and workers (the social partners), decision-makers in governments and public authorities, and anyone else active in the area of occupational safety and health.

Motto: A Global Vision of Prevention


The XXI World Congress on Safety and Health at Work 2017 in Singapore will be organised by the Occupational Safety and Health Division, Ministry of Manpower, Singapore, as the national host, in conjunction with the International Labour Organization and the International Social Security Association.
